The single bottle is only available with 5 additional bottles of wine or oil. Fruity olive oil, cold pressed and gently processed. The olive varieties are: Moraiolo (80%), some trees are more than a hundred years old, Frantoio (15%) and Leccino (5%); The olive harvest begins in the last days of October and the olives are picked by hand. The olives, placed in boxes to keep the stone fruits ventilated, are precisely cold pressed within 24 hours of harvesting. This is how the selection of extra virgin olive oil is created: Olio di Montefalco.
