Montefalco Bianco DOC 2022 6 bot

This full-bodied wine is obtained from the Trebbiano Spoletino grape (70%) and enriched by the grapes Viognier (20%) and Chardonnay (10%). It has an intense aroma of tropical fruit and green apple, has a strong structure, spicy and with a long finish. The grape harvest took place September / October; cold extraction from the must and fermentation for 4 months on lees in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Bottling in February and aging in bottle for 3 months.
